This is an application for expeditious hearing of Title Suit No.758 of 2021 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court at Barasat.

It appears from the order-sheet that October 13, 2023 has been fixed for hearing of the injunction application.

In view thereof, the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court at Barasat is requested to take up the hearing of the injunction application on the next date fixed i.e. October 13, 2023 and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible but preferably on or before the end of December, 2023 without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

The learned Trial Judge is requested to make an endeavour to dispose of the suit after disposal of the injunction application as expeditiously as

possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

With the aforesaid directions, CO 3218 of 2023 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties on usual formalities.
