Petitioners are aggrieved as the respondent no.6 who is an acquaintance of the respondent no.5 is entering the residence and creating disturbance. To that effect, information was furnished to the police authorities.

According to the police authorities, steps have been taken under Section 126 of the BNSS. In case petitioners are aggrieved by any conduct of respondent no.5, petitioners would approach the Maintenance Tribunal under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007. In the meantime, police authorities

would oversee that peace and tranquility is maintained.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22547 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
