Report of the Registrar, Judicial Services is placed before us. From the report it appears vacancy shall be filled up shortly. Trial is in progress. Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down earlier observing that the trial be concluded within June, 2023.

In view of the fact that the Judge-in-charge was not recording evidence, petitioner has again rushed to this Court. Under the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain his bail application at this stage on merits. We, however, observe that the Judge-in-charge may record the prosecution evidence till the incumbent joins the post. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
