The appellant is not represented, nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellant. Even on the earlier occasion, the appellant was not represented. Notwithstanding the non-appearance of the appellant on the earlier occasion, we extended the time to comply with the order dated 11th January, 2023 by two weeks from that date. In fact, the said order was passed in view of an application filed by the appellant to comply with the order dated 11th January, 2023 by two weeks. The department has reported that the appellant did not comply with the orders dated 11th January, 2023 and 2nd February, 2023. In view of the default clause in the order dated 11th January, 2023 read with the order dated 2nd February, 2023, the appeal stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
