1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the statement of the victim directly implicating the petitioners for the commission of the alleged offence and also having regard to the statement of the doctor who had treated the victim and also the injury report, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
