The petitioner in this case has challenged the order passed by the learned Judge, 1st Labour Court on 29.06.2012 in a proceeding under Section 33C(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act. The amount as directed in the said award has been challenged in the present case and as

such CAN 4 of 2025 is to be considered alongwith this writ application.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for a short accommodation to file written notes. Learned counsel appearing for the private respondent has filed their written notes today which is taken on record.

Matter be fixed for final hearing on 14.08.2025. Petitioner is directed to file their written notes in the meantime.
