For the petitioner In the present revisional application, the same subject as in the revisional application being CRR 18 of 2022, which is still pending before this Court, has been challenged.

Ld. Advocate submits that since there was no extension of interim order, as such, the application for discharge was preferred before the ld. JM, 3rd Court, Paschim Medinipur in connection with CR 205(A) of 2021. Against the said order, the present revisional application has been preferred.

In my opinion, the present revisional application being on the self-same point as CRR 18 of 2022 is not maintainable.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3520 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.

However, the cost of Rs.1,000/- which has been imposed by the Ld. Magistrate, is set aside.
