If the petitioner's mother namely, Kamala Halder approaches the Inspector-in-Charge, Diamond Harbour Police Station for staying at the residence, which according to the police report reflects that, is presently under lock and key, the police authorities would render assistance to the said Kamala Halder.

So far as the petitioner and the private respondent no. 7 is concerned, they are at loggerhead in respect of selling of the property as is reflected from the report.

Police authorities would never interfere within the domain of the right and proportion of the area in respect of which the petitioner or the private

respondent no.

according to their family inheritance would enjoy but will restrict themselves only to the factum of the said Kamala Halder entering the property and residing within the said premises.

So far as other issues are concerned, parties would approach the appropriate forum for necessary remedies.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 22232 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
