The present case has been filed by the petitioner to pray a mandatory order be passed against the respondent nos. 3 to 5, directing them to grant permission to the petitioner for taking admission for the post graduate studies under distance education of Rabindra Bharati University. 2.

The Court has passed an order in this case on September 23, 2009, that the petitioner shall be at liberty to take admission in Rabindra Bharati University, without claiming any extra benefit for obtaining post graduate degree. The Court has made such direction therein subject to further orders that might be passed by the Court upon hearing the school authorities.

Subsequently, the petitioner got herself enrolled with the Rabindra Bharati University for the Master's Degree Course and completed the same in the year 2012.

The Court finds that nothing remains in this writ petition for further adjudication by the Court.

5. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of being "infructuous".
