Since the innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for expeditious disposal of Complaint Case No.4306 of 2016 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas the matter may be considered without service of notice upon the opposite parties. The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case. It appears that the complaint was registered on 1st December, 2016 and trial is yet to be concluded. In view of the above, the learned Trial Court is directed to dispose of the matter within six months from the next date fixed before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

The revisional application being CRR 3911 of 2024 is disposed of.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
