This court directed to file one report by the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education) which has been served upon the petitioner wherefrom it appears that the teacher student ratio is 27.5 : 1. There are only two teachers. If the petitioner is transferred to another school, the school will be left with only one teacher and the education to be imparted to the students would be impossible.

Therefore, after receiving the report I do not find any favourable order can be passed in respect of the petitioner.

The writ application is dismissed.
