It is contended that uncle of the petitioners was murdered by the de facto complainant and his associates. In retaliation, the present case has been registered. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of the witnesses implicate the petitioners in the assault of the victims. One of the victims suffered head injury and was hospitalized.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
