Petitioner is in custody for 101 days. He submits victim committed suicide at her parental house. He prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned lawyer for the Sate opposes the bail prayer. He submits victim is a minor and committed suicide within eight months of marriage.

We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a minor. Petitioner/husband subjected her to torture over demand of dowry. As a result, she committed suicide.

Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
