Affidavit-in-opposition and the supplementary affidavit-inopposition filed Opposite Party no.2 be kept with the record. Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be also kept with the record.

State has submitted a report which reflects that initially charge-sheet has been submitted on or about 31.05.2025 against the present accused opposite party no.2 Samiul Islam Laskar and Sabina Laskar. Another charge-sheet has been submitted on 04.06.2025 with a provision to submit supplementary charge-sheet after obtaining FSL Report. Narazi petition dated 10.09.2025 and hearing of the Narazi petition was fixed on 18.03.2026.

Be that as it may, since the investigation has proceeded on an elaborate manner and there are no complaints of interference at the behest of the accused persons in the report submitted by the State and the anticipatory bail was granted on 25.07.2024 by the learned Sessions Judge, Alipore and thereafter consequential bail was granted on 26.07.2024. At this belated stage after one year eight months, I am not inclined to interfere with the order of bail. If there are other circumstances which warrant interference and the petitioner faces any threat or coercion or there is any misuse of the post-bail conduct, petitioner would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court who will assess the genuinity of the accusations and thereafter exercise its discretion. At this stage no interference is called for.

Accordingly, CRM (DB) 3053 of 2024 is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
