1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the provisional assessment order dated 16th August, 2024 which was allegedly issued without hearing the petitioner.

2. Learned advocate representing WBSEDCL submits, upon instruction that, the final assessment order has also been passed upon hearing the petitioner who was present at the time of hearing and his signature was recorded on 10th September, 2024.

3. As final assessment order has already been passed there is no scope to revisit the provisional assessment order. It will be open for the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law, if he is aggrieved by the order of final assessment that has been passed.

4. Instruction filed by WBSEDCL is taken on records.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
