Mr. Susanta Saha, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 8th May, 2023 and he prays for correction of the same. On perusal of the order dated 8th May, 2023, it is revealed that in the cause title instead of "WPA 21239 of 2004" in the instant application, it should be read as ""WPA 21293 of 2004". The other portion of the order dated 8th May, 2023 shall remain the same.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
