Counsel for the petitioner submits that a hoarding has been placed in front of the petitioner's residence by the private respondents, which blocks ingress and egress of the petitioner's residence.

Counsel for the private respondents submits that there is no such hoarding as of now. There was an earlier small hoarding, which has since been removed. Since the private respondents submit that there is no such hoarding, the writ petition shall stand disposed of with liberty granted to Beleghata Police to remove any hoarding in front of the petitioner's premises upon receiving any complaint from the petitioner.

The Beleghata Police shall maintain a strict vigil over the premises.

The parties shall also ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
