Record reveals that by an order dated 26th June, 2024, the hearing of the original application was adjourned based on the prayer made on behalf of both the parties and the matter has been fixed for further hearing on 9th January, 2025.

In view thereof, no interference is called for in this writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
