None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called on.

This is an application for cancellation of bail in respect of orders dated 02.07.2012 and 03.07.2012 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Baruipur in connection with Jaynagar Police Station Case No.446/12 dated 01.06.2012 under Sections 498A/494/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Mr. Saryati Datta, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

No information has been received from the concerned Police Station regarding any subsequent misuse of the bail, which has been granted. Orders reflect that bail was granted almost 9 years ago. As such, I am of the view that no interference is called for at this belated stage.

Accordingly, CRM 13677 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
