It appears that instant application has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the impugned order dated 30.2.1998 passed by the learned Commissioner workmen's Compensation, Durgapur in connection with Claim Case No. 31 of 2012. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the said Claim Case has already been disposed of.
