The applicant alleges that the order dated February 4, 2020, directing the Officer-in-Charge, Narendrapur Police Station to provide police assistance to the petitioner to open her liquor shop, has not been complied with.

The applicant shall serve copies of the contempt application on the alleged contemnor.

Affidavit-in-opposition shall be filed by the alleged contemnor(s) within a fortnight. Reply, if any, to be filed within a week thereafter.
