Petitioner complains that he and his wife have been thrown away at the behest of the daughterin-law. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that hot altercation cropped up over distribution of property amongst the petitioner and his daughter-inlaw. Police authorities have drawn up proceedings under Section of the BNSS against six individuals.

In view of the specific accusations made that the petitioner and his wife have been thrown away and/or ousted from the residential house, I direct that incase the petitioner informs the local police station, the police authorities would ensure that the

portion of the property which the petitioner and his wife were enjoying earlier would be allowed to be used by them. To that effect necessary police assistance be rendered. However, this does not give a right to the police authorities to throw away the respondent no.8. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22459 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
