On behalf of the alleged contemnors, two separate memos dated 25.07.2025 and 28.07.2025 are filed showing substantial compliance of the judgment and order dated 08.02.2024 as passed by this Court in WPA 17915 of 2017.

Mr. Lahiri, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner though disputed the calculation of arrears of pay, however, on behalf of the writ petitioner, no much materials could be placed before this Court to substantiate that the arrears of pay as calculated by the alleged contemnors are wrong.

Such being the position, this Court finds nothing remains to be decided more in the instant contempt application. 4.

With the aforementioned observations, the instant contempt application being WPCRC 116 of 2025 is disposed of.
