The petitioner filed the present writ petition alleging inaction on the part of the Chandernagore Municipal Corporation in taking steps in response to the complaint filed by the petitioner alleging unauthorized construction.

It has been submitted by the petitioner that after the writ petition was filed, the Chandernagore Municipal Corporation has issued show cause notice.

None represents the private respondent.

Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.

As it appears that the Corporation has already taken steps to redress the grievance of the petitioner, accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Corporation to conclude the proceeding initiated to deal with the unauthorized construction in

accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties and to conclude the proceeding at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
