The grievance of the petitioner is that his free egress and ingress is being blocked because of temporary construction created by the club members of Salkia 15 Pally Adhibasi Brinda. The secretary of the said club has given an undertaking to the Inspector-in-charge of Golabari Police Station that a portion would be kept available for the petitioner so that he can ply his tricycle for being a handicapped

person.

In view of the undertaking and the declaration given by the secretary of the concerned club against whom the main accusations have been raised, I am of the view that the police authorities would ensure that such declaration and undertaking is obeyed and respected by the said individual.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22359 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
