Petitioner submitted an information on or about 27.08.2025 which was registered as Anandapur Police Station Case No.233 dated 27.08.2025 under Sections 351(2)/78/79 of the BNS.

Petitioner complains that on 29.08.2025 an additional complaint was submitted against the same individual for creating disturbance and assault. The company officials, according to the information, are facing serious inconveniences particularly the female employees and, as such, urgent action was directed to be taken against the delinquent.

Police authorities enquired into the incident and it was found that the respondent no.4 had been

behaving in a lunatic manner by way of banging his head against the wall. There are informations received by the police station that he had been acting in a violent manner also.

Be that as it may, since the police authorities have concurred with the accusations made in the complaint, in case any information is furnished by the petitioner to Anandapur Police Station, prompt steps be taken by the concerned police station in order to keep the decency, peace as well as tranquility within and in the vicinity of the office premises. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22541 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
