We have considered the materials on record.

Victim is a specially challenged girl. Her deposition has been recorded. She has alleged she was subjected to penetrative sexual assault by the petitioner and coaccused. 3.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
