Mr. Ranojoy Chatterjee, Mr. Subhajyoti Halder ...for the petitioner Mr. Raja Saha, Mr. Prantick Ghorui ...for the State Mr. Sankar Mukhopadhyay ....for the respondent no. 5 The petitioner is aggrieved by alleged inaction on the part of the Behala Police Station in respect of Behala PS Case No. 229 dated September 7, 2022 under Sections 323/341/427/506 of the IPC.

The Behala Police is represented. It is submitted that the investigation into the said FIR has been completed and charge sheet No. 183 of 2022 dated October 21, 2022 has been filed.

There is apparently no inaction on the part of the Behala Police in this regard.

The Behala Police further submit that in respect of the complaint of the private respondent, an FIR being Behala PS Case No. 37 dated

22.01.2015 has been registered and has resulted in a charge sheet.

The Behala Police Station shall maintain regular vigil over the said premises and ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area and comply with any order that may be passed by a civil or statutory forum in this regard.

With the aforesaid observations, W.P.A. 22533 of 2022 shall stand disposed of.
