1. Mr. Sumanta Ganguly, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has gone through the report filed by the investigating agency and having regard to the fact that the petitioner has now been traced out and the whereabouts are now known, there is no scope to pass any further direction in this regard.

2. We have perused the report filed by the Officer-In-Charge of Burtolla Police Station dated 25th September, 2023 wherefrom it appears that the CCTV footages indicated that she voluntarily and consciously left the home on her own and it does not state anything about the present whereabouts of the missing lady. However, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to this report, the petitioner has ascertained that the missing lady is now presently residing with a person namely, Pawan Patel, C/o. Keshari Prasad Patel at Village Nasaratpur, P.O. Jaisingmau, P.S. Tarun, District Ayodhya (Faizabad), Pin. 224 195, Uttar Pradesh.

3. In view thereof, this application is disposed of by recording

that the missing lady has been traced out.

4. The WPA(H) 55 of 2023 is, accordingly, disposed of.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
