Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the representation made to the Officer-in-Charge, Beliaghata Police Station till date has not been considered. In case the representation is not to the satisfaction of the Officer-in-Charge of Beliaghata Police Station and the Deputy Commissioner of Police is also not satisfied regarding the subject matter of the representation.

Petitioner be directed to approach the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate under section 175(3) of the BNSS. Learned Magistrate would assess and ascertain regarding the nature of the allegation and pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 22265 of 2025 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
