In the third and fourth line of the first paragraph of the second page of the said order, the date "27th November 2019" shall stand corrected and be read as "27th November 1991".

In the sixth and seventh line of the third paragraph of the second page of the said order, the expression "the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education" shall stand corrected and be read as "the State of West Bengal".

In the last line of the third paragraph of the second page of the said order, after the expression "said School as teachers", the expression "and nonteaching staff" shall be included.

In the second and third line of the fourth paragraph of the third page of the said order, the expression "all other equally circumstances placed persons" shall stand corrected and be read as "all the other equally circumstanced persons".

In the third line of the fourth paragraph of the fourth page of the said order, the expression "reasons in also" shall stand corrected and be read as "reasons are also".

In the said order, learned advocates for the State namely "Mr. Pinaki Dhole and Mr. Avishek Prasad" shall stand included as also having appeared for the State on the said date.

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 24.08.2022.

The other parts of the order dated 24.08.2022 shall remain unaltered.

The order dated 23.08.2022 is also mentioned for correction.

In the said order, learned advocates for the State namely "Mr. Pinaki Dhole and Mr. Avishek Prasad" shall stand included as also having appeared for the State on the said date.

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 23.08.2022.

The other parts of the order dated 23.08.2022 shall remain unaltered.
