Mr. Rabindra Nath Mahato Mr. A.S. Roy............for the petitioner Mr. Mahato, learned advocate for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with liberty to challenge the order impugned in this revisional application before the appropriate forum.

In view of such submission, C.O. 3228 of 2023 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated July 21, 2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Jhargram in Judicial Misc. Case No. 36 of 2019 before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. The petitioner will be at liberty to take back the original certified copy of the order impugned upon furnishing a photostat copy of the same.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties expeditiously upon usual formalities.
