Petitioner complains that he has been thrown out of his residence at the behest of the daughter-in-law. Learned advocate for the State submits that there are cases and counter cases, complaints and counter complaints.

I find that the representation was made on 19.08.2024 which expresses different forms of family feud and tortures being suffered by the petitioner. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that presently he has been thrown out of his residence.

In case such a circumstance is existing, petitioner will approach with a fresh complaint with the Officer-inCharge/Inspector-in-Charge of Baguihati Police Station, the concerned officer would assess and ascertain

regarding the genuinity of the accusations and take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 22890 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
