Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. The victim, apparently, committed suicide. There are materials in the case diary suggesting that the petitioners entered into the room of the victim and abused her for stealing and thereafter, locked the door from outside of the room, where the victim was recovered as dead.

As prima facie case being made out, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 5150 of 2022 is dismissed.
