Considering the serious nature of allegations and the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of witnesses and injury reports showing grievous injury and the fact that even a small baby was assaulted, I do not consider that this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
