A copy of the written instruction from the writ petitioner to one Mr. Shibaji Kumar Das, learned advocate dated November 10, 2022 is placed before this Court. The same is taken on record.

In view of the above, this writ petition, WPA 22261 of 2008 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
