Sri Biplab Kumar Ghosh Ms. Sankari Roy ...for the petitioner It appears that in my order dated 17.11.2022, in the cause-title of the case it has been inadvertently typed therein as "Smt. Monomita Ghosh nee Poddar vs. Sri Biplab Kumar Ghosh" instead of "Smt. Mononita Ghosh nee Poddar vs. Sri Biplab Kumar Ghosh". The same shall be corrected and read as "Smt. Mononita Ghosh nee Poddar vs. Sri Biplab Kumar Ghosh". In the forth line of the second page it has been inadvertently typed as "22.06.2022" instead of "02.06.2022". The same shall be corrected and read as "02.06.2022".

The mistakes are thus rectified. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

Office is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the said order.
