1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Allegations are serious. It is alleged petitioner and others have murdered the victim. Offences, if proved, would attract mandatory life imprisonment. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Trial has considerably progressed.

3. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
