1. Heard learned Advocate for both the parties.

2. Though anticipatory bail is claimed on the ground of parity, Mr. Sur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that proclamation has already been issued against the petitioner under Section 82 Cr.P.C. and attachment has already been done on 27.05.2023 and pursuant to that order attachment has already been made on 29.08.2023 under Section 83 Cr.P.C.

3. The present petition having been filed on 12.09.2023, the present petition under Section Cr.P.C.

is not maintainable in view of judicial dictums.
