1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was a member of the group of assailants who had come to the place of occurrence. Two persons were killed. In view of the aforesaid materials on record and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
