An inadvertent error crept into the order passed on December 3, 2024. In the 1st paragraph of the said order Rishra P.S. case no.1441 of 2016 be read as Rishra P.S. case no.144 of 2016.

The Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the said order accordingly.

This order be treated as part of the order dated December 3, 2024.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly uploaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
