I am told, full court fees have been paid in this matter.

The case of the petitioners is that they got 82 in the TET but was not declared as qualified as according to the percentage they should have secured 82.5 which is equivalent to 83. However, in a similar matter (WPA 16485 of 2022) on 03.11.2022, I passed an order whereby the present case is squarely covered and this matter is to be guided by the said order dated 03.11.2022 passed in WPA 16485 of 2022.

The authority, being the West Bengal Board of Primary Education, should take note of this matter which is squarely covered by the judgement and order dated 03.11.2022 passed in WPA 16485 of 2022 (Prasenjit Saha & Ors. -Vs.- The State of West Bengal & Ors.).

Therefore, this writ application is allowed.

A copy of the said order dated 03.11.2022 passed in WPA 16485 of 2022, as has been produced by the petitioners, is kept on record.
