It appears that the service has been affected upon the alleged contemnors.

Mr. Snehasis Jana, learned Advocate appears on behalf of Mr. Debasis Das, learned Advocate, who have been engaged by the alleged contemnors to appear in the instant matter, submits that an accommodation may be given as the said Advocate-on-record is indisposed.

Since the matter has come up after the service has been affected upon the alleged contemnors for the first time, I feel that an opportunity should be given to them to deal with the allegations made in the instant application for contempt. Accordingly, the alleged contemnors are directed to file affidavit-in-opposition within two weeks after reopening of this Court following Christmas Vacation for the year 2022. Reply thereto, if any, be filed within a week thereafter. The contempt application is made returnable on February 3, 2023.
