The petitioners are primary school teachers of two different districts. They seek inter district mutual transfer.

It appears that no representation has been filed before the Board with request for such transfer. It will be open for the petitioners to apply before the Board with their prayer. In the event such a request

is made, the same shall be considered by the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of 90 days from the date of communication of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of.
