It appears from the report that by an order dated September 17, 2022, the jurisdictional Court recorded that, warrant of arrest and proclamation of attachment was executed as against the present petitioner.

In such circumstances, the present application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 4755 of 2022 is dismissed as infructuous.

Personal appearance of the concerned Superintendent of Police is dispensed with.
