Learned advocate for the petitioners and learned advocate for the respondents are present. Heard learned advocates for the parties.

The petitioner in the instant case is aggrieved by the order of rejection passed by the P.S.T. Board regarding the height. The petitioner in the instant case is disqualified on the height not fulfilling the qualifying limit. It appears that the height of the petitioners is 169.3 cm. and the qualifying height is 170 cm. in terms of the judgment passed by a learned coordinate Bench of this Court being in WPA 21866 of 2025. The petitioner is granted liberty to make a representation before the Appellate Authority being the jurisdictional Appellate Authority and the competent authority shall consider the appeal on merits and in accordance with law within an early date so that the

appointment of the writ petitioner does not become infructuous.

This writ application is disposed of.

The order of the learned coordinate Bench of this High Court being WPA 21866 of 2025 shall also be communicated to the authorities.
