Mr. Sarkar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 11th February, 2020 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 11th February, 2020, it is revealed that instead of "District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), North 24 Parganas being the respondent no.9" in the instant application, it should be read as ""District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Kolkata being the respondent no.4". The other portion of the order dated 11th February, 2020 shall remain the same.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
