1. In view of the fact that in CRM (A) 3129 of 2024, on 5th September, 2024, the Coordinate Bench rejected the anticipatory bail prayer of Tapi Karmakar and the present petitioner stands on the same footing, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
