ct. no. 34 CRR 2979 of 2012 (via video conference) Anil Kumar Bagui & Ors -Vs- State of West Bengal Mr. Arijit Ganguly, Ms. Manisha Sharma...for the State.

This revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Rajarhat Police Station Case No.108 of 2000 dated 2.5.2000 under Section 147/447/427/379/506. The petitioners approached this court after filing of the charge-sheet under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. None appears for both the parties.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms. Manisha Sharma, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to appear in this matter and represent the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authority. Record reflects that the revisional application, although appeared on 27.8.2012 but there was no interim order restraining the proceeding. When the matter is taken up no information is furnished before this court regarding the present stage of proceeding before the Ld. Court below. Further documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are not enclosed along with the revisional application for proper assistance regarding the contentions addressed herein.

Thus no interference is called for.

Consequently, CRR 2979 of 2012 is dismissed. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
