Since the prayer of the petitioner is for expeditious disposal of Misc. Case No.186 of 2021 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas the matter may be disposed of without service of notice upon the opposite parties.

The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the daughter of the petitioner is a student of Class-X and has undergone cardiac surgery for which huge expenses have been incurred by the petitioner. The private opposite party is employed in the merchant navy and does not pay a farthing to the petitioner or her child. The petitioner is finding it difficult to make her both ends meet and the Misc. Case filed under the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act is required to be disposed of at an earliest.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the learned Trial Court is directed to consider and dispose of the Misc. Case being No.186 of 2021 pending before him within six months from the next date of hearing fixed before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

The revisional application being CRR 3918 of 2024 is disposed of.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
